The PU Steel Wire Duct Hose is made of high-quality ester-based polyurethane, reinforced with a copper-plated spring steel wire helix. It offers excellent flexibility, transparency, abrasion resistance, and static conductivity, making it ideal for dust collection, air ventilation, powder or granulate transport, and industrial vacuum systems.
This ducting hose features a smooth interior for optimized airflow, while the clear wall allows visual monitoring of material flow. Its temperature resistance (-40℃ to +90℃) and food-safe material (optional FDA grade) make it suitable for diverse industries including woodworking, plastic, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
